Biography - Anthony Kawalkowski

 

 

 

Anthony (Tony) Kawalkowski began studying the violin in 1966.  First with his uncle Anton Kawalkowski, a renowned musician in the Chicagoland area, and later with Herb Miska, concert-master for the Wayne King Orchestra.  His studies continued with George Perlman.  He later earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the American Conservatory of Music.

 

Anthony is a favorite performer in the Chicagoland area.  He has played for national and international dignitaries, and appeared on local radio and television programs.  He receives requests to perform in cities across the country.  Music is Tony's life and it comes from his heart.
